Updating qb-smallresources

Never make changes to ANY script without making a backup first, you never know what might happen!

To give players the ability to remove evidence from their vehicles, r14-evidence replaces the qb-smallresources car wash script with a new customized version that enables greater flexibility with options for different notifications, draw text, or 3D text as originally used by the carwash script in addition to making it framework neutral. If you are running qb-smallresources, you must delete the qb-smallresources/client/carwash.lua from the qb-smallresources folder in your server resources.
